Assist International is a humanitarian organization dedicated to relieving human suffering around the world by networking the resources in the world, with the great human need that exists.
We provide assistance and relief supplies such as food and medical equipment to the poor and needy in developing nations.
We are also active in building family homes for orphaned and abandoned children, as well as establishing business enterprises to sustain the children's projects.

Our Financial Philosophy
- We are governed by a responsible Board of Directors. Our full Board meets once a year to establish policies, set budgets, oversee operations, and review ministry accomplishments.
- Our financial statements are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. We obtain an annual audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards by an independent public accounting firm, Balser, Horowitz, Frank and Wakeling. Copies of our current audited financial statements are available upon request.
- We seek to conduct our activities with the highest standards of integrity and to avoid conflicts of interest. We shun high-pressure or manipulative fund-raising tactics.
- Our fund-raising appeals clearly identify the purpose and programs to which donations will be applied, and we ensure that donations are used for the purposes for which they were raised. Occasionally, we receive more contributions for a given project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we use these funds to meet a similar pressing need.
- Contributions to Assist International are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law.
- Out of respect for individuals' privacy, we do not sell or rent our mailing list to other groups wishing to use the names and addresses of our supporters. We maintain tight security on our list of friends and supporters.
- In the fifteen years that Assist has been giving aid, we have never used more than 5% of the resources given to us on administrative costs. In fact, in 2003 we spent less than 3% on administrative costs. We will always do our best to be good stewards of what is given to us.
Our Purpose
The purpose of Assist International, Inc. is to network resources with needs around the world with an emphasis on servicing the needs of the poor and needy in third world and developing nations. To provide aid and shelter, build infrastructure, educate and improve the capacity of the local people.
The Corporation is committed to serving a wide variety of people in diverse cultural and economical settings, who suffer emotional, spiritual and physical needs which result from conditions beyond their personal control. Recognizing this diversity of conditions, the Corporation will respect the cultural and religious preferences of the people and countries wherein the Corporation assists, and the Corporation will never use religious persuasion or a profession of faith as a factor in distributing aid to needy people.
